Terms of Sale

Once payment is received we will make every attempt to ship your package as soon as possible.  We are currently shipping Monday - Wednesday using FedEx Priority Overnight service with delivery by 10:30am in most areas. 

We do guarantee live arrival as long as the package is signed for on the first delivery attempt.  Please have someone waiting for the package until it arrives.  FedEx will typically have the package delivered by 10:30am but there will be situations that will not make this possible in certain areas.

Once you have received your package please inspect the contents.  Take the time to verify the snake matches the description provided in the sales ad or email exchange.  If you are able to do so, confirm the gender of the snake by carefully popping or probing the snake.  If for any reason you feel something is not as described please contact us by email or phone within 48 hrs of receiving the package.

In the event of a DOA (dead-on-arrival) we will need to be notified within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt.  We stand behind all the snakes we produce and will correct any situation that comes up as long as we are notified within the time lines noted.
